Baby Update

Sorry all - no crafting content yet. We are in the midst of packing up the house and most of my supplies have been sent to a storage facility until we move to a new house. Though, I am going to Vermont for the Quilt Festival at the end of June and will at least have a bit of sewing to show for it.

Today, my husband and I went to our first ultrasound! It was great fun - a 10wk dating ultrasound -which has moved my due date back to the original 12/29.

It was so wonderful to see the baby moving all over. He/she was practically doing jumping jacks. I didn't realize how active they were this early in the pregnancy. The measurements and heart beat were right on track which is reassuring. It feels so real - now that we have seen the little person in there moving around. LOL. We go back just before I leave for Vermont for a 13 wk ultrasound - it's part of the first trimester genetic screening that we opted for.

Isn't it crazy that something that busy is INSIDE of you??? Enjoy every second!

Awww! That's probably the clearest ultrasound I've ever seen.
