I just received a confirmation phone call that our trip to the NYS Sheep and Wool Festival in Rhinebeck is on!! There is a bus trip from our LYS scheduled to go on October 20th -- it's about 4.5 hrs from here. They weren't sure they were going to be able to get enough people to go to warrant the touring company fees, but it's all full now and my friend & I are confirmed. Shhaa -- can you imagine not wanting to go, touch, see, feel (buy - shhhh don't tell DH - we are just "looking") all that fibery goodness?@?@!
I can't wait....
